2. What is your favorite dessert?
Again with the favorites. Desserts. There are too many to name, but here are some nostalgic favorites starting with two goodies I had in my college days in Fargo, ND.
- Margarita Pie from either Paradiso or Chi Chi’s Mexican Restaurant. I remember the pie being like a cross between key lime pie and cheesecake with a crushed pretzel crust.
- Turtle Pie from a restaurant I can’t remember the name of, but used to be in the West Acres Mall. I remember the pie involved ice cream, caramel and other yummy things.
Mmmm… Where was I? Oh, right.
For a real blast from the past, there was a candy bar I think was called a Triple Decker bar. Whatever its name, it had three layers, one each of dark, milk and white chocolate. I think they stopped making them in the 70s. Do you remember the candy bar of which I speak?
3. What ticks you off?
Besides being asked “What is your favorite…” questions, you mean? So many, many things to choose from.
4. What do you do when you’re upset?
I rarely get really upset, but for normal, day-to-day upsets I tend to distract myself with some escape, like playing video games, watching Netflix, reading or write. Or I go for a intense walk or bike ride.
